If a Refinery was needd in the West Texas Permian Basin then the Big boys would have built one years ago!

Do some DD and see that the Big boys are building new pipelines from West Texas Permian basin to the Texas Gulf coast to the Houston and Corpus Christi Existing established Refinery's!

All I can do is laugh. MMEX is building a refinery in Texas, on the Permian Basin and you're worried about loans. How does one build a refinery without financing (loans)? I think the market is not taking your concerns seriously. Neither am I.
