Strik, I really don't think we'll see a RS, the market cap now at about $100 million on a next-gen technology platform worth at least $1 billion leaves plenty of room to grow PPS organically to the $1-$3 range which was the basically the price target just set out, the Dielectric InP Interposer already has two giant company partners established adding credibility to its value, as a bonus the recent document uncovered on the GaA's and India shows there may well be some relatively near-term future benefit for POETF there as well

Any RS would be better received after the above has progressed to some fruition, and the move to a Nasdaq listing is more imminent
