I don't (completely) agree. He did not say they would file audited statements first. Like always, he INFERRED that and we know if it doesn't happen, we will hear the "He didn't say that" claims.

He did say the Q3 would be filed in 5 days, but that language is required by OTCMG. If it is not filed within 5 days, it will be deemed late retroactive to the original due date (today). IF it is filed within the 5 days, it is a "no harm, no foul" thing.
