The Ichim duo, both bro and sis, have no real capacity at any of the scam companies Koos runs. They were smart and left because they both know any of Koos' companies are a dead end career wise. The might advise him from time to time but WOTS is that Koos is such an arrogant jerk of a guy that he probably doesn't ask them anything. His arrogance could be a reason why they left the company.
But hey, hope is a great investment strategy and Koos has a lot of hope (just no results at all in being successful at ANYTHING he does in business).
