That entry wasnt in the Pacer link I read from Evilbean. Yes a continuation of the privilege battle, with a little stay begging to go along with it. No questions in there pertaining to patent validity, only how valuations were conducted in various purchases within UOIP history. Not sure how a judge can find that business dealings within a private company are not privileged. None of this is the end of the world, may as noted by others, generate settlement $$ discussions.
