I think he will rule shortly after the orals. It looks like he wants a Q&A with the two sides, outside of the recent filings. This a major turn point in the case, and it is evident that he wants to know everything before he decides. This kind of stuff is normal in IP cases, and those IP newbies here that think this is a cakewalk to a $5B check, need to watch and learn.
