Several different ways. None easy or cheap. Otherwise "we" or somebody would have done it by now.

Probably the two easiest ways are the two patents Johnny has. If you read through them, doesn't look like something you're going to do on your kitchen table. And one thing you want to make sure of is the purity of the result. If it's not pure enough, it's not fit for human consumption.

Might be easiest to start with the industrial grade stuff and then purify it, or maybe not. I'm not a chemist so don't know.

Here's a little math for you. RCPI was selling it in 1 mg tablets. One pound has 453,592 mg in it. Predator Nutrition it looks like is selling it for converted to dollars about $93 a bottle so about 31 cents per mg. So one pound is worth about $140,600. But of course that is with it combined with a few other ingredients and packaged.

Doing a little googling, looks like a kilo (2.2 lbs) of coke goes for south of the border, hm, we'll say about $2,000 give or take and wholesales in the US for about $25,000 and retails for about $65,000. No idea how accurate these numbers are, but good enough for our use. But it looks like the "street" value of a kilo of Anatabine could be $250-300,000. Might want to tell your local drug dealer he's selling the wrong stuff. And the stuff you want isn't even illegal.

One thing us investors could never figure out, what was RCPI's cost on Anatabloc. Were they even making money selling it? Maybe that's why Mullan stopped selling it. The profit was so low as to be not worth the trouble.

Here's one source, Cayman Chemical, https://www.caymanchem.com/product/11001 No idea who they are, or the quality of the product, but they want $350 per 100mg. Have to inquire for bulk pricing. But what makes theirs worth $3.50 per mg when you can get it retail for 31 cents and ready to take?

Maybe because they are just doing small batches? Looks like they ship it as a liquid in an ethanol solution and it is shipped cold, in wet ice. Recommends storage at -20C and it is stable for at least 1 yr. So as you can see, pure anatabine doesn't appear to be chemically stable at room temps which is why it is sold as a salt like citrate. And for longer term storage should probably keep any anatabloc in the frig or possibly even the freezer.

And then they sell it as a tartrate at $770 per 100mg. Ships at room temp and recommends -20C storage with stable for 2 yrs or more. Here's their description.

Comments
(R,S)-Anatabine is a minor alkaloid produced in plants of the Solanaceae family, including tobacco. The detection of (R,S)-anatabine in urine is used as an indicator of tobacco use, particularly when nicotine-containing products (gum, patches, inhalers, and medications) are also being used. (R,S)-Anatabine increases nicotine self-administration and locomotor activity in rats. Of note, (R,S)-anatabine diminishes amyloid beta (Abeta) production in vitro and in vivo. (R,S)-Anatabine reduces (600 µg/ml) the transcription and protein levels of beta-secretase, lowering the amount of Abeta1-40 and Abeta1-42 in a dose dependent manner in SHSY-5Y cells. (R,S)-Anatabine also dose dependently inhibits NF-kappaB activation.
