LMFAO unfortunately that was based on false and misleading information from the company before any real DD was done which we all know now there is no patent.

It's not legally a patent and cannot be called a patent until such time as the USPTO Grants it as such. It's only a patent application which is in pending status.

BRKK has stated in an 8K, filings and even on their own website that's it's patented which again is illegal. brkincorporated.com/

As a patented inventor myself I am insulted and disgusted by this claim.

I am waiting on the SEC and USPTO to get them and shut this down based on those statements!
