I think if you take a look at after market, you will conclude the take down failed. Looked successful eod, but ???? .83. There will be more attepts, but the smart $ WONT BE SHAKEN. Unfortunately for the greenies (loud minority) the wont be shaken includes the potential JV partners. Cry, weep and or moan, THE PROJECT WILL BE BUILT and later expanded.
