Pure speculation that a reverse merger is happening, its amazing how people make up things they want to see but reality shows a much diff picture, the reality is no one knows what is going on and that the company could be doing nothing at all, its not like the Sec dors anything to stop these companies from going public to enrich themselves and their friends. Tons of companies on the pinks that just dilute, i would say this company needs to be analyzed by the sec.
