You just twisted and spun my words. I said absolutely nothing about what you just stated, zip, zero, nada.

Let me make it clearer. How the market is or isn’t reacting to “PENDING” financing news is irrelevant as to whether financing happens and a refinery being built. That said and understood, once financing is announced (and it will be), the market will react and as the CDU is being constructed, the market will continue to react.
