It looks like the market is viewing this "financing" announcement like it has every single one of mmex other "milestones", as a joke.
I could highlight each one for you, if you like but it really does not matter. The market is VIEWING this as it wants too and the result is a PPS at barely one third of a penny. Whether actual financing is done is not is irrelevant at this point in time as the CURRENT PPS is what it is!! I hope I made myself very clear!
