WOW, that’s is so much info to take in. But I am pretty sure is can be boiled down to saying that Delfin will keep all of the 71% that they bought. Make it one super share, and sell the common. Lol, Delfin must have bought a printing press in the deal that was not disclosed. So funny. I just hope people read the SEC filings and make their own decisions.
