I just e mailed the attorney for oil states and told her that the case
seeking restitution based on the constitution was what I had been saying
along with the total violation of the 4th amendment. I sated to her
can you show me where congress can pass any law that takes away our
4th amendment rights. If the Patent act can not be defended then they
must sue the patent office for violating our patent rights to be secure
in our papers and once granted a patent ownership and effects. The U.S.
government should also be sued any damn fool can see it is impossible to
get a patent without papers describing it hello protection and then the
granting of the patent hello your effects both protected by the constitution that NO MAN SHALL TAKE AWAY.

I wish I was a attorney I would go broke defending our constitutional
rights. IDCC should be filthy rich by now but the abusive patent office
and the violation of IDCC constitutional rights has cost them billions
and the shareholders millions. If one want stand up for what is right then catch a plane to a country that support your values but for me till I
quit breathing I will stand up for mine and your rights.

I will hound attorneys till someone realizes they can make millions
if not billions defending the constitution.
