Hhmmmm...

I believe they had to charge all expenses (travel, lodging, food, etc ) for the last 2 years to Red Oak, not CBAI. Also when Mr. Snow replaced Joe as CEO of CBAI, he saved the company at least $150,000 in salary.

I don't think you can prove they paid their own expenses...
I seriously doubt they did.
And "saving the company" $$$ in salary does not count towards their out of pocket in my opinion.
