When I was at the MHBA distributor about six weeks ago, they said that the brewery was at least 6 months behind. I talked to the president of MHBA who said they were working on some other brewers some place in the mid-west but there wasn't anything solid yet. I think the hold up in California is due to a couple things at least. I know how hard it is getting a liquor license- remember that MHBA was talking about doing something with tequila. If they stuck with beer only the license process is a little quicker. But I think the major reason is the banking issue. At present no bank will deal with anything to do with marijuana due to the fact that is a federal crime-which in itself a crime in my opinion. So, we will wait...Faith without doubt!
