I agree totally with Ellington here. The issue is NOT that they need more shares, we all know that and want to support that UP TO A POINT. That point is breached when they ask for more than 200MM shares more in my mind. I will easily give them 100MM more, and probably not need much convincing for 150MM more. It will take a bit more convincing for me to agree to 200MM more,
but 400MM more authorized?????
I'm not likely to agree to that many more shares until they have brought this company around quite a bit more than they have lately. They are making a good hard run at it now, and I am impressed so far, but show me what you can do with my extra 100MM shares backing first and then I'll agree to more backing later, IF, AND ONLY IF, YOU HAVE CONVINCED ME of your talents, skills, and integrity regarding what you will do with my investment here with the first advance I give you, but NOT BEFORE THEN.
