Here, if it’s true and a “final judgement” was rendered, then it’s most likely a settlement based on the pacer activity (IMO). Just don’t see where, based on the pleadings, a judge would have ruled against the Plaintiff without responsive hearings or motions. And, if a CEO is releasing a PR, it’s because of good news. You don’t pay for bad news PRs.

Solid company so hoping for the best in the short and midterm at the very least.
