These shares were priced in folks... look at the decline in price from the date those shares were announced. EVERYONE WITH A BRAIN KNEW ABOUT THIS POTENTIAL DILUTION, SAME WITH TOXIC DEBT.. PRICED IN and now being used to make company better.

The 1.75b shares that resulted from the conversion are restricted. They don't automatically dilute PPS.
