It’s not a rumor that there is a new CEO. Call and confirm if yourself. Of course he’s working on financials...what else would he be doing. And why would he take this new position if he wasn’t trying to create value? You didn’t point out a single rumor.
How does anyone know between rumor and fact unless they are the CEO or an insider ?
IMO there are as many negative rumors to Grillit as well.

NSS is rampant in struggling stocks. That is why they are struggling.
To pre-counter the argument of there being no NSS because there are no FTDs here is another FACT few will accept

Most is 50.0000001% of the interested parties. They other 49.99999% say BS
Overstock.com had ZERO FTDs but somehow they won a $20M out of court settlement once a lawsuit was filed in court and it was only filed after the defendants said there were no NSS
