All we can hope for now is that the criminal justice system takes a hard look at Tony, Lampl and Drago. If there have been felonies committed, charge them appropriately, give them a fair trial and let justice take its course.

SEC suspension that they knew about 2 months ago -

A whole two months in the OTC under such conditions is like two minutes.

Yes, they screwed this up. The buck stops with the CEO.

Another realistic view admits the circumstances here are a bit unusual per the timing of the suspension.

The .1% chance is all it takes if indeed they are intent on continuing. Should they resurface under this long history of failure to fly, then we will all see how serious the company really is.

All SEC and FAA eyes will be focused, so their continuing will be a strong statement in favor of the company.
