Yes, those things would be amazing. It would be amazing for me to hold the single winning megamillions ticket too. Those both have about the same odds of happening.

The company hasn't issued so much as a PR or shareholders letter. Lampl was called and answered a few questions for the local newspaper. That's not the company making any kind of statement at all. It's the company backpedaling and sugar coating the real issue. The blurb on their web page is just utter BS too.

Where's the PR that the company should have issued days ago??

If there was a deal to announce, it would have been done by now. They can't pay the auditors and were seeking PERSONAL FUNDS from some shareholders. They couldn't obtain financing for the Songbird deal, according to a previous Lampl interview. They coulnd't pay for the Kalita 767. They forgot about a $7M law suit in prior reporting periods and still haven't settled that, as far as we know from available SEC filings.

If they were serious about this company at all, they should have...COULD have avoided, at all costs, the SEC suspension that they knew about 2 months ago - never mind that they knew how seriously delinquent they have gotten with each passing quarter since the last 10K was filed.

Dream all you want, rab, but the reality is 99.9% likely exactly as it seems. They mislead us. They lied to us. They did not perform their fiduciary duties as officers of the company. If you have money sunk into this Titanic, then I guess you have reason to hold out hope for the .1% chance there will be some kind of turnaround and you can get out with some dignity.

If things are really that bad..., Lampl would not have made those statements. Attorneys would have said “ keep your mouth shut”. I really believe they are coming up for another round. This will turn interesting. Amazing to announce a deal, and completion of audited financials, during this 10 days suspension K-booom. Everything is possible. Company making statement after this is a good sign.
