What I take away from release is MyDx reviewed online public database to see who has a license in San Diego area.

No mention of who partner is let alone deal details.

Look I have 7.4 million shares @$0.00755 so you know I want this company to hit a penny, nickel, dime...etc.

But this PR is pure garbage as far as i am concerned. And lack of share price movement upward confirms my thoughts
