they are planning ahead....to deliver at the 11th hour.

I guess, and I'm just thinking aloud in a vacuum right now, the bigger boys - Beach, Santos, etc. have all the PELs they need and really have no desire to team up with the wildest of a wildcat venture, namely HENC.

So......that leaves it to any outsiders that want in. How many outsiders are there? Is it worth it for them? etc......

My mind is boggled.
