You're absolutely right, littleman2. And those 300M shares were sold, and I believe a handful more (50M? 100M?) were probably issued and sold by the time it was all wrapped up.

Well, this is pretty obvious to me, and I've put out a bit of info on this. Just look at the volume (low, with a few obvious attempts to dump down the price to renew a flip cycle), accumulation, and the chart (price-trade pattern) in general over the recent weeks since the 3(a)(10) completion in comparison to the time that the 3(a)(10) was active. It's just traders - what the heck is so difficult to understand here? Try this. Step away from the message board for a few days and just look at the L2 occasionally during the day, look at the volume, review the chart at the end of the day each day... and don't worry about it.

Flippers benefit with a substantially undervalued stock AS LONG AS there are sellers. But, IMO, there's not a lot to be made with these little 10-30% channels when you consider the lower volume and the actual price of the buys/sells that can be seen on the tape from the past few weeks. (try mapping the VWAP and see how much time it takes in front of a computer/device screen to benefit from it). So... just lil' guppies fooling around for lunch money (and wasting a lot of precious time - quality of life - attempting to perpetuate the process). Those who don't do/know DD, including those who just day trade or work week-long swing trades, and including those who capitulate or sell way too early - from FUD... are the ones who either lose money or, IMO, miss substantially higher gains from the long term uptrend on the price correction. This is WITHOUT considering that much more value has been added from the actual business performance here - SB has announce MANY significant advances with the product distribution, as well as advances in the product.

Finally, this is ALL my opinion from my DD. Everyone should do their own DD - not my responsibility. Hope this helps, back to work for me, best to you with your decisions.
