I am sorry I didn't know English was not your primary language. The questions is pretty clear does the patent papers you own and later
a patent granted not have the protection of the 4th amendment which
you so clearly stated was a one sentence which you was able to read
and does this one sentence exclude patents as your papers and effects?
I asked you to demonstrate how you can acquire a patent without papers
and if they grant the patent if that isn't your effects what is?
