IMHO AZ is correct that before the merger TAKES PLACE they must deal with OLD SH's and markers PRIOR so as to divulge the total COMBINED share count on closing.........But IMHO he never said THIS FRI or MONDAY

Not only is that not obvious, it is absolutely not true. The merger will go forward regardless of what happens, or does not happen, with our escrow markers.
