If you look at pps the market doesnt think this is the news we are waiting on either. We have been trading at these levels for weeks. If the market thought this was it then they would be dumping like crazy right now. This is just the beginning!! No one said that the financing MOAB was coming this week.. We still have 3 weeks left in the month. Have nothing to loose here, let it come down I will buy even more... Mmex!!

Well obviously they don't have that $10 million in additional equity yet. So they've got to do something to keep the business afloat.

However, it doesn't imply they won't yet get the $10 million in equity, allowing them to get the $50 million project financing loan after that. Nothing's off the table yet.

It's not dead til it's dead, and since the risk-reward is so good, I'll still take my chances.
