Well obviously they don't have that $10 million in additional equity yet. So they've got to do something to keep the business afloat.

However, it doesn't imply they won't yet get the $10 million in equity, allowing them to get the $50 million project financing loan after that. Nothing's off the table yet.

It's not dead til it's dead, and since the risk-reward is so good, I'll still take my chances.
