This is a baseless reason bullying a small AMERICAN COMPANY and requiring them to do more. This is a brilliant example of over regulations. Without the opioids epidemic, BIEL WOULD HAVE BEEN STILL STRUGGLING TO GET CLEARANCE EVEN FOR FOOT AND KNEE.

The difference is that there are organs

in the area one would put the patch for back pain.

And we know that ActiPatch does more than just relieve pain;

This clearance requires more scrutiny from the FDA than use on foot

or knee.
