R/M shell .. filings indicate that is hopefully the next step .. A/S was raised to 5 Billion in March ..prior A/S was 500 mil with 200+ O/S... prior business can generate income or increase assest held but depends if company that "bought" assets is sucessful selling the new process ..

They are not current, they are not filing, they are not a active business. This stock is dead and routinely gets an influx of posters making bogus claims about mergers because months ago when the company was shutting down they said that was their "intentions"

Didn't happen, and you are too late for this round of pop in the price. It will go back down to trips again, that's where to buy for the flip.

Look at all the past pops, it is routine.
