It could run up/down to proper valuation...

Understand the transaction this is a rare one on the OTC. They did this the right way for a change

...but probably after the reverse split. I don't think that they did this the right way. Just my opinion.

Right now the market cap makes BANJ undervalued...67 million OS x $.01 = $670,000...but the immediate dilution coming upon closing and followed by the 1:25 reverse split...they're gonna have to increase the AS first...just too weird...for me anyway...good luck!

Post RS...146 million OS (3.6B / 25 RS)...times 25 cents (if the pps stays around a penny till RS)...gives whatever the symbol becomes (SKNG) a market cap of $36,500,000...maybe a half penny...18 million...nope, not liking this at a penny even...they could run it...who knows...it is thin, easy to manipulate...but someone keeps selling down here...
