3% to whom? An investor in this company has lost over 50% of their position due to dilution via these various LPC agreements. There once was only about 40 million shares outstanding. That number has ballooned to over 100 million fully diluted.

Yes a wonderful deal for those who can keep up by receiving the free option shares and receiving a paycheck. Almost like a personal piggy bank eh?
