I think this is a MUCH better place for dialog. I can only speculate about Carol. A comment from her would have been nice....Frank H. might know if she was asked to NOT comment. I can't see how it would have done anything in but help.
Re: QTN on her resume. I have hired staff, and a gap in work history is a Big red flag. To list past employment accuratly on a resume is simply honest. Work history is a large part of a resume. As a practical matter, its better to list and explain it up front, than to be seen as hiding it. THEN you have to explain it AND explain why you seem to be hiding it.......and I would wonder what else you are not telling me. Maybe I'm beating this to death, but IF you know the broadcasting indusry (and I have a passing knowledge) you know it is a VERY small world, the closer you get to the top. Anyone interested in hiring her would know about QTN and if they didn't know Carol's name in connection, they would after their first conversation about her with ANYONE in the industry.
I'd LOVE to know what fisty's motivation is, she sure is fun to tease... as far as the lack of communication. DAMN, I agree. I don't understand why they don't keep us up-to-date, even if there is little to tell. It just fuels speculation.
