Yeah, over 8 months ago and it was issued 3 months after the target of the attempted acquisition pulled out of the deal due to SPCL's inability to negotiate in good faith.

the Company will now focus on its Pixel Mags business and acquisition candidates in order to strengthen the Company's competitive position and enhance shareholder return.

I'll make it easy for you. Cite one, just one, example of SPCL following thru on this statement. They "may" have been focused on the Pixel Mags business but in no way shape or form have they "strengthen[ed] the Company's competitive position and enhance[ed] shareholder return."
