It’s not . Not going to deny the article , you have a media that does not have all the true info . Why didn’t the media contact Antonios ? Remember, this deal is close to being done, but it is not finalized as of yet. Frederico, is acting like your typical politician, say what ever he wants till the deal is done. We see this every day here in our own government . There is no way that multiple prs would have been put out , if there was not fire behind the smoke .

It appears Federico Careri is attempting to calm concerns of shareholders of Nuova Abibes. I know there was a separate agreement made for shareholders when MS Distribution purchased Abibes.

He isn't stating an arrangement isn't being made with Boston Carriers. Rather he states a deal for shares wasn't signed.

"There is no intention to sell the shares - Careri emphasizes - and no exclusive agreement has been signed for the sale of partial or total shares either with Boston Carriers or with other companies."
