Care to explain this? On Feb 02, 2012 Slavo said-->

According to the lawsuit against Slavo & Ljubica, this VACANT hospital was deemed a "serious safety hazard, a public nuisance, and cited for several health violations. Notice was sent to them via Certified Mail on Nov 15, 2012. Because of Defendants inaction the board of health ordered it demolished on Jan 30, 2013.

A year later the Stefanovics were called "slum landlords" by the Ohio Attorney General.

Clearly the Scamming Serbian Stefanovics took a virtually worthless asset and grossly inflated its' value to pump their stock. IMO they also clearly lied by saying this facility was generating "positive revenue."

Bullshit. Both of them were. Of course that is no longer the case, as EFLN abandoned them and stiffed the state by leaving the mess.

What is the company's plan for the public stock EFLN? Cash Liquidation or OTC Tier-Upgrading from the current disaster OTC-GS?

Nice to see EFLN finally be up 50% today or up 200% from its New bottom 0.0001!

The company should use some cash (say $40,000) to buy up to 100M shares at $0.0006 ~ $0.0002 (average cost $0.0004) to boost all the shareholder's confidence! EFLN has been traded at 0.0009 ~ 0.0001 price range since April 6, 2018 (see the chart below)!

Quik question for you: when will this stock be upgraded to the OTC Pink Sheet market ("Caveat Emptor" is fine for the investors) or not at all?
