Organized Hospital DD: EFLN Exposed?

The DD I have done the past few days has led me to lessening my position. I hate to bring EFLN to negative light. Trust me, I believed this thing was the real deal. GLTA invested here. Below I will summarize what I've found.

PR from February 2012 Source

EAFN will transfer the following three properties to eFUEL EFN, Corp. in
exchange for eFUEL EFN, Corp. Preferred "A" shares by the end of 2013.

1. Cherokee Trading Post - located on over 5 acres, valued at $5,500,000,
generating revenue of $400,000 per year.
2. Cordele Hotel - located on over 10 acres valued at $3,600,000 generating
positive revenue.
3. St. John Hospital is 245,000 sq. feet building located on 16 acres valued
at $25,000,000, generating positive revenue.

Slavo's Lie Exposed April 2013 Source

The company, according to its website, says it's a holding company operating in investment management and real estate rental and leasing.

Slavoljub Stefanovic, reached at his office shortly after the lawsuit was filed on Friday, said he blames Warren officials for failing to protect his building. He said vandals caused at least $400,000 damage by breaking into the building and stealing copper pipes.

Stefanovic said his company bought the 255,000 square-foot building in 2010 for about $2 million. He said he planned make $10 million in renovations to turn the hospital into an assisted living facility.

How was this building valued at $25,000,000 when it was purchased "for about $2 million." Tell me how this image shows anything that's worthy of generating positive revenue?

It gets worse Source

Warren city government officials have tried to get the owner to tear down the crumbling, unsafe structure, but he has snubbed them. Stefanovick has told the city that he has no money and asked, “Why don’t you demolish it?” The demolition price tag is more than $1 million, which Warren does not have.

And This From December 2012 Source

“These are the kinds of people who destroy cities,” said Bob Pinti, Warren’s deputy health commission of Stefanovic.

This brings up more questions than answers for EFLN. To my knowledge, the building still stands. A quick google maps search will show you the condition (not sure of how old the streetview image is though). Here is the address for anyone who wants to look at it themselves:

1307 North Tod Ave.
Warren, OH

The hospital is located to the northeast of this location. This is the address to a minor building on the property that was demolished, and paid for by Slavo (signed Feb 2, 2013), through the court of law.

Someone replied to my original post and said this was posted months ago and most people here knew about this, but I searched back on the boards and found nothing.

I'm here for honest DD and want the best for all of you who have stuck through everything here through the years. I question the transparency of this company now, since none of this has ever been mentioned by them. As always, IMHO.

It's late, if there are spelling errors, or minor mistakes, I don't care.
