I now see your points about S4V, Bbanbob and GG4. Not only it provides wealth and LCE for us, it is also a tax shelter and you only pay tax when you sell. Otherwise you can pass on to your inheritance and your kids only pay tax when they sell. Too bad NSM SH do not know about this plan or participate in.
