ELA44, there are more than enough variables, loose ends, and players involved in all of this to keep that hope going. Some of the major factors I see is you have AT&T which is a $200B market cap company and they need this asset. You have a January 2017 Purchase agreement and then the FCC Petition process in which Fahy and Levy ignited the old issues with the Fibertower Bankruptcy. Then you have an amendment to the Purchase Agreement in October 2017. You have 2 separate AT&T transactions on the financials revolving around this and minor press releases if you want to call them that. There is enough smoldering in the Common Shareholders to think that something positive can still happen. We definitely don't have closure yet.
