I can’t definitively predict when, as I have no input and have no control. Hen folks do predict the When and have no input or control, I call ‘em dreamers. What I know as factuaI are the following:
(i) I have been involved in the pharma space as an investor, owner, Officer & Director, in several countries on 2 continents, branded and generic, drugs and devices, wellness and cosmetics;
(ii) Never make a prediction involving a date when in a regulatory process;
(iii) Add the best Sales & Marketing Executive you can afford;
(iv) Never, ever reveal your hand or your intention, when in a competitive space;
(v) Patience, Patience, Patience; and
Having set those ground rules, 5 of a couple of dozen, I sense the following:
(1) each of the next 4 steps forward for BIEL, in addition to the recent 4, are going to have a dramatic effect on the 2 most important areas of activity for the company, which are *Exposure and *Deals in the USA. Nothing else matters. The most recent trials will produce the same numbers as others.
Co-Branding deals which will put ActiPatch into tens of thousand of stores and one major retailer, like CVS, for example and the BIEL Tsunami makes landfall. If those could be even close to coincidental, say 45 days, with an FDA back and/or general OTC USA clearance, then you tell me.
The difference between the even, steady growth in the UK /EU markets and the USA possible breakthroughs is strength of market reaction, making the whole game of speculation ridiculously complex.
