My thought is Barrons is buying, not selling. I've speculated in the past that some fund may have received some large warrants as a way to induce buying the stock. I didn't think it was Barrons but it makes sense that it could be. Basically the higher they drive the stock price the better their fund performance is going to look when they buy all those .20 warrants. Can you imagine the gain their fund is going to see if they can drive the price to a dollar and than exercise all those .20 warrants? Suddenly it will look like they had a 5X gain on those shares. It will be very impressive on paper. Now the only way to sell that many shares will probably have to be some type of buy out but that is down the road. Hope this clarifies what I was trying to say.
