IMO, with a paradigm changing product as the Actipatch is, often there are difficult obstacles to negotiate before realizing your goal. Where BIEL is concern, IMO, there are some pretty formidable
political impediments that it must overcome; can anyone say big pharma lobbyist. It has been well established that the FDA is not immune to political influence. But nonetheless, let's hope for the best.
