Mcfish, I think I pick up "accredited shareholders" from this Board.

X probably would explain the background much better than me. I will try anyway.

In old day before LPC, LWLG would raise funds through private parties, so called Private Placement. I think there were certain financial requirements to meet before someone could be selected.

People participated in Private Placement would get LWLG shares plus certain # of options/ warrants at preset price.

This is from Investopedia.

Wikipedia puts the minimum worth of an individual at one million dollars in the U.S., excluding a residence to qualify.
