Do you have anything at this very moment that you could sell someone if they had cash in hand? I mean seriously.......something material, not something like what you could offer in the future. Let's say I want a Guardlight tomorrow. Could I give you $5000 and leave with one? What's your skill set? Can you weld? Can you wire a distribution panel? Can you build a freaking bird house? Maybe you can do all those things.....I don't know. But from what I've seen so far, you haven't EARNED any money. You sell shares and make money but in my mind that's not earning it. I'm sure you've had a job just like your shareholders have. The money we're investing in your company came from working by the hour and saving. We didn't sell shares for discounted prices to raise money....we worked and sweated for it. All we're asking for is some return
