Sorry, but you are a 100% wrong. The fence was a requirement. It was installed at the right time and place. The road, the fence, all in order with building cdu. It will be interesting on what u say when the tanks are completed and placed on the land. Im pretty sure the tanks are almost done. Remember, most of the cdu components are already being built. The erection of piping and tanks will happen almost overnight.
