If MMEX's "road" is 2.6 miles long, with wire on both sides, that comes to 27,456 linear feet of fence.

All in, Permian Basin installed costs run from 0.50/linear foot to 2.00/linear foot, depending on various factors. T-Post and anchor fence is about a $1/linear foot, machine installed. That would add under $30K to the cost.

Again, irrelevant - there was no benefit, or need for that expense at this stage, even if MMEX were a real company.

In effect, because of the cost of capital used to install the "road" and fence, it turns out to be one of the least efficient, most costly things to have done, all for no added value - the high up-front costs of the toxic debt, and the extraordinary back-end costs (dilution) were insane uses of proceeds, for a project element that added absolutely zero material value.
