the OS is already nearly 1B. i doubt they will do a share buyback. the PR today said they were doing 3(a)(10) settlements. you should look up what those are. they will require issuance of more common shares.

they may acquire subsidiaries with preferred shares, but current and future employees will need common shares for stock based compensation, etc.

if DSGT uplists, they need to meet a minimum share price, and i don't see the company, even with acquisitions, reaching a multi-billion dollar market cap at the time of uplisting.

maybe you do, but i don't.

a split is not the end of the world, and i do think if we see one, shorts will use it as an excuse to bear raid the stock, in the near term.

if people are anticipating a RS could happen, shorts have less leverage. there's a reason they say "climbing a wall of worry". when the market is too positive and avoids examining what could go wrong, stocks have more trouble rallying. strong hands have heard all the bad things that could happen, and they still buy, because they are confident.
