The 3(a)(10) settlements are a separate issue from acquisitions. Yes, they will have to issue more shares to settle these debts, but after that, it's all about non-toxic financing for acquisitions and growth. I highly doubt the company is thinking about uplisting this early in the game. I haven't seen them mention it even once.
