The entities of which you write do not pay trading fees on each trade. So they can accumulate 10 shares, 1000 shares, 120 shares, 3800 shares, 380 shares, 95 shares, 1500 shares, all day long. And they do.

A retail investor is not going to buy or sell 150 shares in the middle of the day (1:31 PM) for example. Also note the traded share price of .12325 cents. Try entering that into your order and see what message you get:

Here in pinky land there is a LOT OF MANIPULATION ..that is a fact ..ask Aggie..

The accumulation has been happening for months ..and it happens slowly and quietly.

Am I saying that is the sole reason the stock is down ..NO of course not.

Some folks have sold, especially those that expected quick gains or have gotten shaken out of fear or misinformation.
